日本には珍しい木造建築や季節による自然風景、侍が住んでいた街並みや、東京や大阪などには清潔で様々な雰囲気のある地域が数多く存在しています。

しかし、日本では多くの外国人観光客が、姫路城や広島の原爆ドームなどでドローンを飛ばして逮捕されたりしています。

これらの事件は、ルールを知っていてドローンを飛行させて逮捕されているのではなく、日本の航空法でドローンが規制されていることを知らずに飛行させているためです。

日本では航空法によってドローンの飛行方法が規制されています。

しかも、日本のドローンの法律は複雑で、日本人にとっても難解です。

航空法の制限についてお話しします。

飲酒した状態でドローンを飛ばしてはいけません。

飛行前に飛行計画を提出する必要があります。

空港周辺ではドローンを飛行させることはできません
You can not fly drone around the airport
厳密に言うと、空港の進入表面以上の高さでは、ドローンを飛行させることはできません。
Strictly speaking, the drone can not fly above the entrance surface of the airport.
人口密集地区の上空ではドローンを飛行させることはできません。
You can not fly a drone over densely populated areas.
日本にはDIDという呼び名で人口密集地域を設定しています。
Japan has established a densely populated area under the name DID.
DIDとは Densely Inhabited Districtの略で、おおよそ１平方キロメートル当たりに４０００人の人が住んでいる地域として設定されています。
DID stands for Densely Inhabited District, and is set as an area of approximately 4,000 people per square kilometer.
地上から１５０メートル以上の高さでドローンを飛行させることはできません。
You can not fly the drone 150 meters above ground level.
幸いにも日本では、ドローンで飛行が禁止されている空域でも、航空局の許可を受ければ飛行が可能になります。

夜間飛行の禁止
No night flight
夜間飛行とは、日没から日出までの時間帯と言う意味です。
一般的な夜とは異なります。
Night flight means the time zone from sunset to sunrise.
It is different from a typical night.
夜間とは、国立天文台が発表している日没時刻から日出時刻までの時間帯です。
The night of the aviation law is the time from sunset to sunrise time announced by the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan.
ドローンが目視できる範囲で飛行させること
The drone must fly within a range that can be visually confirmed.
人や建物などの物件より３０ｍ以上距離を確保してドローンを飛ばさなければなりません。
You have to fly a drone at least 30 meters away from people, buildings, and other properties.
物件とは、電信柱、電線、自動車、電車、橋などです。
日本にはどこに行っても電信柱があるので、そのほとんどの地域で飛行ができないでしょう。
Properties are a power poles, electric wires, cars, trains, bridges, etc.
No matter where you go in Japan, there will be a power poles so you will not be able to fly in most of those areas.
お祭りやコンサートなど多くの人が集まるイベント上空では、ドローンを飛ばしてはいけません
Don't fly the drone over festivals, concerts and other events where many people gather.
爆発物など危険物をドローンで輸送しないこと
Do not transport dangerous goods such as explosives by drone.
ドローンから物を投下しない事
Do not drop objects from the drone.
空域の制限と同じように、国からの承認を得ればドローンの飛行方法の制限も解除されます。

小型無人機等飛行禁止法による制限

国会議事堂や首相官邸、皇居、国の機関、自衛隊の施設、米軍の施設、原子力施設など国が指定した施設の上空とその施設から３００メートルの範囲はドローンを飛ばすことはできません。
The drone can not fly over the area 300 meters above the facilities designated by the National Assembly, the Prime Minister's Office, the Imperial Palace, the National Institution, the SDF facilities, the US military facilities, the nuclear facilities, etc.
